Clay has shaped so many parts of our lives, our work, our family, and the way we see the world. Through our studio and our teaching, we love helping others slow down, enjoy the process, and create pottery that feels personal and entirely their own.
Inside this course, we’ll guide you through our complete carved pottery process, from forming and preparing your piece to underglazing, carving, glazing, and firing. Asa will share his carving techniques step by step, while Daisy brings her eye for design, thoughtful details, and creating pieces with texture, rhythm, and character.

From preparing your clay and throwing a simple form to trimming, underglazing, carving, glazing, and firing, each lesson builds naturally on the one before so you can confidently take a piece from raw clay to a finished result.
